Job Summary:

 

The perfect candidate will support various executives in the organization to enhance the efficiency of the office.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support Controller on various administrative and accounting responsibilities.

  • Resource for other executives (e.g. travel, meetings, special projects etc.) 

  • Perform general accounting and bookkeeping duties.

  • Follow up on tasks assigned by executives to their managers.

  • Front Desk/Receptionist back up

  • Perform related duties as assigned

 

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Administrative Professional.

  • College Degree preferred

  • Related training certifications/courses as an Administrative Professional, Project Management desirable

 

Skills and Abilities:

  • Expert time management/prioritization skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines

  • Accurate with numbers and detail-oriented

  • Must be able to work extended days/hours during floral industry peak seasons.

  • Team-player who communicates effectively across all levels of the organization to complete projects.

  • A solid work ethic, self-motivated, proactive, and can excel in a fast-paced environment.

  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)

  • Bilingual English/ Spanish a plus
